Copy Profile Screen

Use this screen to create a new claim office profile from the selected profile.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Insurance Company	The new claim office profile is added to the insurance company you select from this droplist. Select the insurance company from this droplist.
Name	This field appears when you select a repair facility profile as the source to copy from.
Office Code	This field appears when you select a claim office profile as the source to copy from. Enter a unique office code in this field. This field is required.
Copy data from existing claim office profile	This option is check and disabled. You cannot edit this field.
Copy From	This is the profile you selected as the source profile.
OK	Select this option to copy the data to the new profile.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
